Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice and Takedown Procedures

1. Respect for Copyright

2. Our Service

Our service is designed to allow users to convert content for personal, fair use purposes only. We do not host, store, or distribute copyrighted content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to convert any content they submit.

3. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content on our service infringes your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

4. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.

8. Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
